Here you can download version 4.1 of SWEDFLIGHT. All files must be downloaded if you want the complete scenery. Each file has its own creation date so you can check for the latest version if you visit us again for updates. The latest updates you will find under the button 'UPDATES' - they will NOT be included in the complete packages down here.
NOTE: All new ZIP-files for version 4 will have SWF4 included in the file name.
There are three types of installation, please check which one you should use!! (The installation for CFS is described in the Combat section)
1st time installation:
- Follow the instructions in the file SWFLINST.HTM included in the SWFLDOC package. Open that file with your ordinary Web browser or read and print it out from our home page under the INSTALLATION button. Read also the DOC file that is included.
For the moment you can without problems download this mixture of files for version 3 and version 4 and install them together.
Don't forget to download Patch Set 1.0 for FS98 from Microsoft if you
have not done it already (see explanation on the main page or in the FAQ
page). It must be installed after the Aircraft converter to work properly,
otherwise
just install it again.

Update from version 3 (follow this instruction carefully):
- DELETE the old textures from the TEXTURE
library of Swedflight
- Download ALL the new texture packages (SWF4TEX1-8)
and unzip all the ZIP-files to their old, empty texture directory
in Swedflight.
- Download also the new package SWF4MAIN.ZIP and
unzip it in the main texture directory for FS98. Just overwrite
the old files with the same names.
- Download the update package SWF4UPD1B.ZIP from the 'Updates' page and put the BGL files in the Scenery directory and the R8, PAT and OAV files in the Texture directory for Swedflight.
Update from version 4.0 (follow this instruction carefully):
- Download the update package SWF4UPD1B.ZIP from the 'Updates' page and put the BGL files in the Scenery directory and the R8, PAT and OAV files in the Texture directory for Swedflight.
