General:
Thanks
to
Bo
Wiberg and Mats Findell (our
friends from Sweden) for providing some of the great new
nordic textures.
And
thanks to Bengt Larsson
(The Swede) for offering all those unpaid hours on
designing parts of his neighbour country, and for his
ability to keep smiling when the mailbox fills with
complaints from unsatisfied Norwegian simmers who can't
find the hill leading up to their own house incorporated
in the scenery.
Thanks
to the test-team:
Evert
Valla, Morten Aalberg, Arnfinn Brevik, Jan Roar Roed,
Birger Blomvik, Dag Johansen, Thomas Andersen, Olav Magne
Rønningen, who have inspired the authors to take another
step forward when the mind was darker than the night and
the blood sugar almost zero.
